This week I had great success finding a makeup artist and hair stylist who will collaborate with me on the project. I’m really excited to start shooting next week. Administrative work, which isn’t my strength, has taken up a lot of my time.
I also recently attended a creative group critique The Crit Collective at the Wilson hosted by Jo Hepburn, an artist I’m in residence with. I enjoyed the experience immensely. It was great to see other creatives, discuss their work, and just have art conversations. A few members were considering accessibility, so I was able to share my experience with this residency and how easy it is to provide access. I didn’t get a chance to share my project’s progress this week, but I hope to next month.
